This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect that information, how information received through Google services is handled, and the choices available to users regarding their personal data.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our workforce management services, we may collect the following information:

• Location Data: For field sales and workforce tracking, the application may collect GPS coordinates while the user is on duty where this functionality is enabled.
• Attendance & Leave: We may store timestamps and records relating to employee check-ins, check-outs, attendance, and leave requests.
• Contact Information: Lead or customer information, such as names and phone numbers, may be uploaded by authorized administrators for business and telecalling purposes.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information, diagnostic information, and application logs for security, troubleshooting, and application performance.
• Account Information: We may collect information necessary to create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.

3. Google User Data We Access

iWorkBiz allows users to sign in or authenticate using their Google account. When a user chooses to use Google Sign-In, iWorkBiz may receive certain information from Google based on the permissions granted by the user.

The Google user data that iWorkBiz may access includes:

• User's name
• Email address
• Google account profile picture
• Google account unique identifier

iWorkBiz only accesses Google user information that is required for authentication and account-related functionality and that has been authorized by the user through Google's consent process.

iWorkBiz does not access other information from a user's Google account unless the user explicitly grants the required permission.

4. How We Use Google User Data

Information received from Google is used only for purposes necessary to provide iWorkBiz services. Depending on the features being used, this may include:

• Authenticating users through their Google account.
• Creating or identifying the user's iWorkBiz account.
• Displaying basic account information such as the user's name or profile picture.
• Maintaining account security and preventing unauthorized access.
• Providing functionality explicitly requested and authorized by the user.

Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.

5. How We Use Your Data

Information collected through iWorkBiz is used for legitimate operational and application purposes, including:

• To authenticate users and manage user accounts.
• To allow authorized Admins/HR personnel to manage employee attendance.
• To support authorized field workforce management features.
• To facilitate telecalling operations and follow-up reporting.
• To generate productivity and performance reports.
• To maintain application security.
• To troubleshoot technical issues.
• To provide technical support and application updates.

6. Google API Services

iWorkBiz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.

Access to Google user data is limited to the functionality that users request and authorize. iWorkBiz does not use information obtained through Google APIs for purposes that are inconsistent with the permissions granted by the user.

7. Data Retention

iWorkBiz retains personal data, including Google user data, only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain user accounts, satisfy legitimate business and security requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When Google user data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, we will delete or securely anonymize the information, subject to any applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate record-keeping requirements.

8. Google User Data and Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their iWorkBiz account, including information obtained from their Google account.

To request deletion of Google user data or other personal information, users may contact us at support@nxeevtechnologies.com .

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete the applicable personal information from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Users may also revoke iWorkBiz's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents iWorkBiz from accessing Google account information through the revoked authorization. Revoking access does not automatically delete information that was previously provided to iWorkBiz. Users may separately request deletion of previously stored information by contacting us.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

These measures may include secure communications, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and secured server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Third-Party Sharing

Nxeev Technologies does not sell or rent users' personal data, including Google user data, to third parties.

Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary for operating, hosting, securing, maintaining, or supporting the application. Such providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or valid governmental requests.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law and the user's relationship with iWorkBiz, users may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information associated with their account.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of eligible personal information.
• Revoke Google account permissions previously granted to iWorkBiz.
• Contact us with questions about how their personal information is processed.

Authorized administrators may also manage or delete certain business records, including lead information, through available iWorkBiz administration features.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.
