1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iWorkBiz mobile application or web dashboard, provided by Nxeev Technologies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

iWorkBiz is a business productivity suite offering workforce management, telecalling CRM features, and live GPS tracking for field personnel. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, including the upcoming Document Manager, at our discretion.

3. User Accounts & Security

Administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ethical Use of Tracking

The Live GPS Tracking feature is intended solely for business operational efficiency.

• Admins must ensure that employees have been informed that tracking is active during work hours.
• Users must not use the tracking features for stalking, harassment, or non-work-related surveillance.

5. Telecalling & Lead Data

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading leads or contact numbers obtained through illegal means. Nxeev Technologies acts only as a service provider and is not responsible for the origin or accuracy of the data uploaded by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with iWorkBiz are the exclusive property of Nxeev Technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for their internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nxeev Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
